Appalling service. Ordered some bespoke cargo stays from this company. The order arrived and they had sent 2 solid 4m bars nothing like what we had ordered. So they tried again this time they sent the right item only the wrong size. The housing for the bar was over 2m and we had ordered 1.9m. When i tried to explain this to Matt Hall who I later discovered is one of the owners he went to put me on hold but before he had pressed hold he used offensive language towards me. So these guys might be cheap but if you want the right item without being insulted I would shop elsewhere I know i will be. I also notice there are 5 star reviews on here left by people with the same names as staff strange.
