I have been with this surgery for 21 years and only ask for an appointment when the local pharmacist or NHS online are unable to assist with a problem. Urgent appointments were alway obtained on the same day having given sufficient warning to the surgery. I am always ready to accept a wait for non urgent ones. The level of care given by the surgery doctors to my late wife, when she was suffering from terminal cancer, was fantastic and could not be faulted. I positively endorse the high quality of care and service given by all staff members.
I know that GPs are totally stretched and the system is broken but trying to contact the surgery is a nightmare. Constantly engaged then you get through and it just rings and hangs up. Don't know how an automated service can be engaged !!!!Maybe the house builders in the area who are selling hundreds of homes could actually support and invest in the village infrastructure and services.

I cant thank the GPs enough at this wonderful surgery. I moved to the village 2 years ago and joined the surgery. Every GP I have seen has been friendly, empathetic and acted with real professionalism. What a credit they are to our NHS.
Rubbish!! Had me waiting 45minutes when asked why, no one could seem to find my appointment or give me an explanation! Asked to rebook and got told it would be another 3 weeks! No apologies nothing!!
