Friendly staff and plenty of machines and free weights
Sunbeds are rubbish! Spent 40 in a week on sunbeds and they wont even give me a 3 minute warm up because it is always freezing!! Takes 6 mins to warm up out of my own tokens! Also the bulbs are not strong so it doesnt even tan you anyway! Waste of money dont bother going.

Great little local gym. Got everything you need. Plus super friendly staff.
Good gym although could open earlier during the week and open later on weekends. Its very busy after from 5-7pm so opening early morning around 7am would be ideal for people who would like to work out before work.
