Purchased three constantine mono basin taps and each tap failed a little over the 12 month warranty period despite only being fitted six months previously. Made my purchase from Toolstation product code 48847 Unfortunately Mayfair brassware were not helpful in replacing said taps and believed they were offering excellent customer services by offering me the chance to buy the ceramic discs which they believe have failed!Small claims court here I come!

I purchased only one kitchen tap 4 years ago and still received excellent customer service and after-sales support when I had a problem very recently. It seems that nothing is too much trouble. I'd certainly recommend this company to anyone.
Purchased a Mayfair Flow Tap for the basin and Mayfair Flow 4-Hole Bath Shower Mixer Tap for the bath, both fitted in April 2013. The finish on the basin tap handled corroded and bubbled underneath and they have replaced 3 times, the diverter leaver on the bath tap snapped off in 2016 forcing a complete replacement of all the taps. The taps were also fitted on the long side against the wall. These are expensive taps that are faulty. The commercial manager is considerate in emails, but the business owner was dismissive, abrupt, and accusing on the phone. With two separate products failing, I wouldn't recommend their products.
Bought 2 taps Mayfair-Roma-Mono-Basin-Mixer-Chrome-Sensor-Tap---SNR811After 6 months the hidden control value which has not been touched since its been installed decided to leak all over the floor. On calling QSsupplies they quickly passed me to Mayfair. Mayfair told me to check the O rings and seat them properly. Still cannot understand why I should have to do this.On calling back they couldn't tell me how to do this & I should call back QSsupplies as they didn't have one in stock to inspect.I'm asking for a refund as I don't have confidence in the product
